Is there a minimum amount to deposit?

Spain Option requires a minimum deposit amount that is 10€/10$

Does Spain Option have a maximum deposit limit?

Spain Option requires a minimum amount of deposit that varies according to the payment method.

Credit card:

  • Daily limit: €/£ 10,000/¥100,000
  • Monthly limit: €/£ 40,000/¥4,000,000
  • Please contact your account manager if you use an alternative deposit method.

Spain Option reserves the right to change these figures without prior notification and may request identity verification for security reasons.

What are the currencies which I can make deposits?

During the registration process you can choose the currency you want to use to deposit: British Pound, Japanese Yen, US Dollar or Euro. Please keep in mind that as soon as you select the currency, it will not be possible to change it.

Does Spain Option accept customer deposits in cash?

No. The company does not accept deposits in cash.

Deposits in Spain Option: How long will it take to get the money to my account?

If you have made the deposit in Spain Option with a credit card through an electronic payment or bitcoin, the money will arrive to your account at the moment you receive it from the Spain Option system (normally it is instantaneous). If you have done this through a bank transfer, the money may take up to 5 business days to reach your Spain Option account.

How can I withdraw funds from my account at Spain Option?

Avoid delays when receiving your funds by ensuring that all your documentation is correct, is up to date and has been confirmed before sending the withdrawal request. Each time you use a new payment method, you will need to verify it, but once you have done so, you will not need to verify that particular card for later withdrawals.

The verification phases include:

Proof of identity

Identification with photo, including the passport, driving license or any other form of identity card processed by the government.

Proof of residence

Confirm that you are a resident of a country accepted by Spain Option with the following documents: Bank or credit card statement, recent utility bill (water, electricity or telephone).

Verify your payment method

If you are using a credit card, please send a picture of both sides of the credit card, showing ONLY the last four digits of the card.

Once your account has been verified, be sure to log in to your account before accessing the BANKING section and then to the withdrawal section.

Follow these steps to withdraw benefits:

  • Complete the mandatory information, including the desired withdrawal amount.
  • Click on send. If you send it outside business hours, we will begin the process of your request the next business day. Our schedule is from Monday to Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Fridays from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
  • Getting your funds also depends on your bank's business hours and AML procedures.

What payment methods can I use to withdraw funds?

Withdrawals can be made to your credit card, through bank transfer, bitcoin wallet or in selected online payment systems.
